1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to All Island Christmas Lights, a business operated by Mor Enterprises, Inc., a New York corporation doing business as All Island Christmas Lights (collectively referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, https://allislandchristmaslights.com, including its content, forms, communications features, and related online services.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
These Terms apply to website use and related online interactions. They do not replace or modify any separate written service agreement executed between the Company and a customer.

Our services may include:
Holiday lighting design and consultation.
Professional installation of holiday lighting and decorations.

The availability, scope, specifications, and pricing of any services are subject to individual project requirements and any applicable written agreement.
Descriptions of services on our website are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of service availability.
3. Website Information and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and current. However, service descriptions, promotional offers, availability, pricing, and other content may be modified without prior notice.
Any advertised starting prices, package descriptions, or pricing examples are intended to provide general guidance and do not constitute guaranteed pricing for a particular property or project.
Final project pricing may depend on factors including property size, lighting design, material quantities, installation complexity, accessibility, equipment requirements, and the scope of services requested.
Commercial projects are individually evaluated. Smaller commercial properties, storefronts, restaurants, and other venues may qualify for pricing below advertised commercial package starting prices based on their specific project requirements.
No advertised pricing or website content creates a binding obligation until the Company and customer have agreed to the applicable terms of service.
4. Estimates, Proposals, and Service Agreements
Submitting an inquiry, requesting an estimate, or communicating with the Company through our website does not create a contractual relationship or obligate either party to proceed with a project.
Estimates and proposals may be based on information provided by the prospective customer, photographs, measurements, property assessments, or other available project information.
The Company may revise an estimate or proposal when additional information, site conditions, or changes in project scope warrant an adjustment.
A service engagement becomes binding only in accordance with the acceptance requirements stated in the applicable written agreement.
Where services are governed by a separate Seasonal Rental Agreement, installation agreement, purchase agreement, or other written contract, that agreement will control the parties' rights and obligations concerning those services.
In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and an executed service agreement, the executed service agreement will control with respect to the contracted services, subject to applicable law.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Visitors and prospective customers agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information when submitting inquiries, requesting estimates, or communicating with the Company.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to request services for the property identified and to provide relevant information necessary for project evaluation.
The Company reserves the right to decline or discontinue responding to requests involving inaccurate information, suspected fraud, unlawful activities, or other legitimate business concerns, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.
Additional customer responsibilities relating to property access, electrical service, site preparation, permissions, and installation conditions will be addressed in the applicable service agreement.
6. Seasonal Rental and Purchased Lighting
All Island Christmas Lights generally offers seasonal lighting rental programs under which the Company provides designated lighting materials and associated services for an agreed seasonal period.
Certain projects may also be eligible for outright purchase of lighting materials or custom installation arrangements.
Ownership of lighting materials, payment obligations, maintenance responsibilities, warranties, removal procedures, storage arrangements, cancellation rights, and any applicable equipment or access charges are governed by the specific written agreement for the project.
Nothing in these website Terms transfers ownership of Company-owned rental materials or creates rights inconsistent with a separately executed service agreement.
